Xi’an Conservatory of Music

1. Applicants shall send required application documents to the International Office through guojichu@xacom.edu.cn before April 15 2024 (Name the email subject and attachment by Nationality - Full Name - Applied Program - Applied Major).

2. XACM will organize a professional assessment team to conduct an online preliminary review on the basic documents and the professional level supporting materials, and notify qualified applicants of the preliminary examination results by email. Applicants must reply to the email or submit supplementary materials on the date as designated.

3. All applicants who apply for XACM shall pay application fee and send the payment voucher along with the application documents to the email mentioned above before April 15 2024 (see "VIII. Fee Structure" for the fee standard and payment method). The application fee will not be refunded whether the applicants are admitted or not.

4. Applicants who have passed the preliminary review need to attend a follow-up Examination/Interview organized by XACM. The Examination/Interview mainly focuses on applicants' comprehensive quality, professional ability and Chinese language level, etc.. Qualified applicants will receive e-mail notifications regarding the Examination and Interview method, content and time. The result of the Examination and Interview will be announced via e-mail in 10 working days after the Examination and Interview.
